Can people be that stupid, or should I be looking in the mirror to see the fool?

CCNE was up $2.36 yesterday on HUGE volume.

The news was that CNB Financial is being acquired. BUT it's CNB Financial of Worcester, Mass (CFNA.OB).

Did I miss something, or are people buying the wrong stock on the takeover news? I'll be looking to sell some shares if CCNE stays up. I may buy them back if the shares fall back.
