Worse than postings and stories on this message
board as they are really things that happen. Look at
the record for the last three years! Has anything
actually happened that was stated to happen re earnings
and increasing stockholder value? If there is
somebody please post it.

Have there been any
meaningful changes in management, structure, operating
methods, or players? If there have been somebody please
post them.

Debt is suppose to be paid down. But
now reports of potential shortfalls. Will this affect
debt reduction or help it happen?

As a
shareholder I'm with you. Are there no positives? If so let's
hear about them. Let's hear about them in some
positive public news! In some postive creditable comments
to the Street.

Last remotely positive thing
I read was in a Barron's report sometime ago
stating things have been really bad for some tine since
the CMB merger but that some people supposedly in the
know were betting improvements would be seen soon. But
they qualified it by stating "based on history of past
performance and managements ability to cut cost." Well past
history certainly hasn't been too effective for anyone
buying this stock any time for the last four or five
years!

History was when results suffered major
management changes were made usually bringing results back
into line.
