As I take responsibility for my actions, the CEO of calgon needs to take responsibility for his actions. HIs duty is for his shareholders and for his employees and BOD who hire him.He has done a great job with the company but failed to express the sucess into the company stock. That failure is killing the shareholders and he needs to correct that or admit failure and resign. Iger at Disney is a good example of a CEO that works for the company and the shareholders. Tucci from EMC is a bad example just like Stanik - both should resign or ask Iger how he has so much sucess in convincing analysts that Disney is a great company
