2 qtrs ago the ceo blamed the strong dollar for hurting cbr's profits because of the exchange rate.Well the dollar has been very weak this entire qtr. This should help at least 1 facet of cbr's income statement.JMHO.I believe this drop in price with low volume is just a head fake so the big boys can get in?
