ScrewDona...I really think you should stop the non-sense. This board is meant for intelligent exchange about investing in CBL. If you followed the board excellent advise has been layed out for you on how to make handsome returns on CBL stock, particularly the Pfd's, whic are still yeilding 10+%, and are covered by FFO by a ratio of 12:1 to 15:1, depending on your analysis of the amount of FFO generated by CBL! CBL is rock solid, and has a pretty wide moat! We know the consumer is de-leveraging...you said it about a hundred times. Will you, for once, provide some intelligent insight for those wanting to prosper by investing in CBL? If not, please quit stinking up the board!
