I know I've brought this up before, but if your looking for an excellent 10.5% to 11% rock solid investment in a REIT - consider CBL Prefereds (C or D). It would be worth your time to go on QuantunOnline.Com, and download the prospectus of either one of those issues.
Couple of interesting facts:
1) Preferred's get paid, even if the Common shares do not get a dividend;
2) Preferred's get paid even if CBL doesn't make a profit! (It's in the prospectus!)
3) Total cost to CBL to cover Preferred Dividends is $21,000,000 per year. (Not much $$ for a company that has FFO of $150-200 Million/Yr!)
4) Dividends are "Cumulative" which mean, unlike the Common Shares," in the unlikely event that CBL can't pay, the liability for those shares accululates, and must be paid before Common can be paid!

I don't know how long the CBL-C or CBL-D will stay in the 10% + range, but if your looking for stable income, this is your opportunity!
