I don't know if my calculation is wrong. Base on the news, they want a 700 millions capital. But the total number of share is 1.05billion. Now they have 400mil already. There will be 605mil left. 700m/605mi =1.15. I guess the PPS is 1.15. If you count the 10% discount, the price should be higher. 10% discount means 1.3 per share
