The detailed quantitative results from the Company’s Phase 3 trial in advanced melanoma, known as AGENDA, will also be presented on November 16, 2009, at the international conference, “Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics”, in Boston, MA in an oral session at 5:00 PM EST. In the conference call and webcast, the Company expects to discuss current results and to review potential plans for the evaluation of overall survival from AGENDA. As of November 4, 2009, the Company has communicated with its investigators that – based upon the recommendation of the trial’s Independent Data Monitoring Board – the double-blind design will remain in place, and all patients are currently expected to continue in the study as originally planned.
