Are you really this stupid to say something like this? As a former Cameron employee I can tell you, the only holding CAMERON back is it's poor management decisions at times. By that, I mean allowing good talent to go down the becuase of glass ceilings, giving upper management jobs to unqualifed individuals because of personal relaitonships not performance, & placing their dime store blackbelts in strategic positions even though they don't @#$% about operations!
