My vote, based on commentary from the USDA saying inventories "held with confidence", is that the industry artificially restricted supply to boost prices going into Thanksgiving. They are now faced with the reality of excess supply and will start competing with each other to unload inventory. I would not be surprised if prices decline going into Thanksgiving.
