SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance

New York prices were 3 cents higher on all sizes. Regional
prices were unchanged. The market tone was fully steady to
mostly firm. Retail and distributive demand was moderate
to good. Supplies were adequate to at times tight and held
with increased confidence. Breaking stock offerings were
barely sufficient; processing schedules were mixed. Light
type hen offerings were usually adequate for the moderate
to fairly good demand.
