I recently bought a Canon digital camera from Office Depot. Considering I thought Canon made a solid product, I didn't even consider the possibility that it would break in the near future. Three weeks after I bought it the lens go stuck and would not go back in the camera. Three weeks and I can't use my "new" camera. Meanwhile, Office Depot won't take it back since it's past their two week return policy (nice policy, and I won't be back). Furthermore, I won't be buying another canon as I'm now stuck with this lemon since they won't repair it without a receipt. Awful, awful experience...and there is no way I'd buy their stock after this experience....how can a company keep its customer base, let alone grow, when their quality control and customer service is more focused on pinching pennies than making a good product and protecting their customer relationships.
