There is one entry in the SEC filings with respect to CAFI officers tha. puzzles me.
Specifically, it discusses what incentives/compensation can be paid to the various officers and directors if they meet certain goals. In regards to Ms Tipton it states that the goals set for her apparently don't relate to business milestones but rather are "personal" goals. This language is a bit unsettling, is this a euphemism for dealing with "character issues"?
