Over past month this stock has gradually drifted down from 3.64 to 2.19 at last check.
Its like the death of a thousand cuts. Don't see any particular news to account for this. Yes, I'm aware of the Feds directives with regards to interest and dividend payments but its got to be more than that at play here.

Any ideas of whats going on here. I know better than to contact IR for their likely "Non-answer"
