He's bringing them out of Iraq, and from what I'm hearing, there's a analysis being done of the Afghanstan strategy at a depth that Bush and Cheney never even came close to in 8 years (and when you haven't won after 8 years, that needs to be done). It includes all the tribal feuds, Pakistan's relationship with India, etc. Obama's also--in 9 months-- made more use of drones than Bush did in his entire presidency. You see, Obama actually takes the deaths of American troops SERIOUSLY, unlike Bush who thinks everyone is some Biblical bit player in prophecy and never ONCE went to see and pay tribute to the coffins coming into Dover. That's what war is, you know. Not "Mission Accomplished" banners and "Bring 'em on."
