Heard during the conference call that:

a) Guertin is resignig as CFO effective 12/31/09

b) Wise's contract as CEO has been extended by a year to 12/31/11.

It's probably safe to assume that some of the people that Wise has brought out of retirement will also stick around through the end of 2011.

What this says to me is that the Board hasn't started looking, either internally or externally, for a candidate to become CEO for the long term, say 7 to 10 years. Nor is the Board in any hurry to start a search.
