I'm guessing cowlitz might make it. they just added job postings last week (account manager, I think. not liquidator specialist.) also as "multi-cultural" bank they may be in line for speacial treatment (think Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, et al). hopefully cwlz drifts a bit lower from here on its usual thin thin volume. at $1, what the heck...
