Vector Capital/Corel did it again!

So they took Corel private a few years ago at a price lower than the cash reserve. Then went IPO again at $16. After a few suckers bought the stock all the way down, VC wants to take it private at $3.50. I bet VC will take it public again at $16. man, life is full of circles!
