One thing I cant figure out is why its taken so long for a company to try to get droxidopa approved for NOH in the United States. Anybody know? The drug has been around for many years and would seem to be almost assured to be approved. The market potential for NOH is good. Doesnt make sense that someone wasnt trying to get this approved in the US a decade ago.
