I found it a bit peculiar that Adam F at the end of his article noted almost with satisfaction that the stock was down after his article came out. Why even mention that? Also puzzling that he is ripping CHTP just for asking for a tweak that they think will make the study even better. By this logic, CHTP NOT asking would mean they are still a long play in his book.

Enough to make one understand the numerous posters who speculate he works with hedge funds. I dont believe this, simply because it would be too blatant. I do believe however that there is a group of investors who wait for his negative articles to come out and then rapidly short the involved stock. Some of this crowd will be posting on this very board these last two days.
