The breast augmentation with stem cell is an old issue, already in 2002 they were talking about it, now 8 years later they still talk about like back then...it is the future, someday maybe in our life time we can grow limbs...

the future is today, my friends, and today breast implants most advance tech does not include stem cells...because they are not considered valuable enough to be a substitute or a complement to more efficient tech:

This paper does not consider stem cells yet, prior consideration, this "novel" therapy has to pass several safety tests and observations that might require decades (especially for tumor formation)...in the meantime, you are eroding all the possible profit with lost opportunities, inflation...in 20 years you have lost more than you have gained, think about it...this stock will be highly speculative for at least 5+ years...
