I agree the last minute "drop" in price just before market closes is ridiculous and looks like manipulation.

But:

CMZ put in a very solid report despite nat gas price weakness!

CMZ has been trending up past couple days.

CMZ closed up and over $1 today on a day when nat gas fell hard due to job numbers.

CMZ could have had a lousy report like DPTR and been down today but report was solid and CMZ can build on today's gains in days ahead. When CMZ is much higher it won't matter whether it closed up 3 cents or 10 cents today.
