I didn't see any insider buying recently in DPTR.

About insider buying and other positives, the market can choose to ignore this for awhile or maybe insiders are wrong, but as an example, earlier this year insiders were buying like crazy at SNIC for about $1 and nobody cared for awhile but now the market cares and SNIC trade at $6.60 today.

I think this stock could easily be $3 to $5 sometime next year if nat gas prices and the economy cooperates so whether we are up a few pennies or down a few doesn't matter to me since I am in this for long term potential. No reason this could not be $8 to $10 per share in a couple years.

It is ridiculous for the stock to be 99 cents. The stock was higher than this months ago when risk of high debt levels were risking the balance sheet, now that they just raised almost $50 million from royalties contract sale, over $100 million from secondary, that risk is diminshed greatly. Plus they might sell another royalty contract in December raising even more cash. Stock has only been weak in my opinion because secondary added many shares to the market but there are signs that those shares have been digested now with volume declining.

Insiders already get many stock options usually which are essentially risk free for them so when they put personal capital at risk, I pay attention. In particular the fact that CFO who knows company financials very well is buying is a big plus.
