Now that all of the day traders have moved on to the pink sheets message board, and Yahoo had kept this board alive,

Is anyone still reading it?? Can all of the ex Witco, Uniroyal, Crompton, Great Lakes, Chemtura people come back and have a conversation?

Don't mind me, I'm just bored, sitting here in Hawaii, in my rental (rent to own) property across the street from a beach, waiting for my second try to close this sale,
Man, its really hard to get a real estate loan on a second home, even if you're putting 50% down on a reduced price of more than 20% from market peak, and you have more than 50% equity in your primary home also calucalted on a reappraised value of 20% off peak.

By the way, did anyone else follow my advice and begin investing the first week of May, dollar cost averaging in monthly?

Let's see now, I picked the prior market peak of Oct '07 perfectly, and I only missed the market bottom by one month or so,.....
Not too shabby.
