how come Burliss and a bunch of Crompton guys who got whacked are all showing up as unsecured creditors in the BK filings? Does that mean they can't get their $$? How come they can pay Weedinker his severance but not Marky Mark and Bob? That's a $hitload of money they may never collect! Add that to the $hitload they lost in options, 401K, restricted stock awards, stock the dopes bought with their own money, and more. Now that's an injustice if ever there was one!
