The insider buying is just a weak attempt to prop up the share price. The key executives make WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for their position because of the FEW BANKS that they actually have. They have stolen money from the investors through their lofty payrolls and made stock purchases that are insignificant to their pay.

The fact that it needed TARP money is an indication that something is wrong with this bank and should have sent up a RED FLAG. This bank is UNSTABLE, they have hardly any customers, and have loaned out most of their money to commercial developers that will now have to deal with the problems of higher interest rates. Commercial property bankruptcies will follow, thus causing the collapse of this bank which will eventually be taken over by the FEDS, repackaged and sold off to a larger institution thus leaving shareholders holding worthless shares.

This bank is a scam and nothing but a big PONZI SCHEME.
