I don't really think of this as a dividend cut, rather slowing down the flow of returned capital. Those of us who bought in at the start ($20) are still looking at a 6% yield. That is assuming they distribute earnings and not capital.
The continuation of returning capital was akin to eating ones self. Eventually there would be nothing left. Sentiment : Hold Rating :
