It may be that that LCC is left without a dance partner in the next round of consolidation. Should UAUA and LCC make a play for each other (again) CAL would not (cannot) allow this to happen and would counter for UAUA. This would leave LCC alone in the corner. It is not impossible that the CAL / UAUA play would take Doug and his staff to leave LCC to manage the new enterprize.

Always possible that CAL, UAUA, and LCC find a way to do a three way but it is seeming more and more possible that LCC is left in the cold and the spoils are split up to bidders in LCC Ch11.

I think much is predicatd upon Doug's dedication to preserving LCC as a going concern vs taking on a new position.

Facinating options overall but could get ugly for shareholders.
