Under Cavco's direction Charlie Lott will now be forced to run a much leaner overhead structure then what he has been able to have when he was in control of Fleetwoods Housing Group.Finally the plants will be able to be profitable even at lower production rates due to the overhead controls that Charlie had to accept.Hopefully he can look back and realize the impact that tighter overhead controls would have had if he would have cut back years before.
