Does anyone have any bright ideas about how big CVCO's earnings power is after they acquire Fleetwood? I'm thinking that CVCO is overvalued under any scenario, but I'm interested in getting other people's points of view about this. It seems to me that they are getting Fleetwood's assets on the cheap, and if they can get those factories to even half-capacity, without growing their general expenses dramatically, CVCO could end up making a lot of money.
