The CEO clearly signaled they expect to get new financing:

"After paying down $550 million of debt through asset sales and with the operations improvements we have implemented, we believe we are well positioned to access the capital markets to refinance our existing debt,” added Davis."

They are getting killed on interest rates based on the amended credit deal they were forced to take in February. They don't make the statement above unless they are already in negotiations with lenders and feel they will get a favorable new deal. Not only should a new credit deal allow them to pay distributions again but it will save them a huge amount of money, which will mean higher distribution payments.
