It was interesting to see FBR add CSE to the firm's "top picks" list today. The firm stated that they thought the 3Q sell off was way overdone and they reiterated their $6 price target.
In listening to the CC one got the impression that the FBR guy was impressed but to add it to the firm's "top picks" list really says something in my opinion. If we can just get some clarity on the healthcare REIT, CSE may just be off to the races towards the end of the year. Sentiment : Buy Rating :
