I'm not sure I understand your questions. Cardero is not a producer, but likely has plans in the direction. As far as I can tell, they invested in related companies to help push them forward. Selling these stocks at a later time will help Cardero finance it's needs without dilution. In that regard, this is one very remarkable feature of Cardero in the last few years - no dilution, and probably none needed for a very long time, if ever.
