CEP book VAlue increased 1 usd today after this great news !      6-Nov-09 10:36 am    
CEP debt is 20 millions lower...so that means that our book value have increase ...and now the book value is 25 usd....NAV should be 14 usd already !!! 1 usd more...CEP is deeply deeply undervalued stock !! the time will prove that..hold tight !!
