If you have been to China you know they are not too concerned with environmental issues. They scoff at the hypocrisy of the western nations that lived in the lap of oil based luxury in the 20th century and now exhort China to restrain from similiar life styles in the 21st. They are growing their middle class in an exponential curve and they are going to be mobile! That means an ACCELERATING usage of oil based vehicles and coal/hydro/nuclear based power!
