I can't imagine that you will find any difficulty getting a credit line of $320,000 with collateral values exceeding $1,500,000 - especially with personal guarantees.
However, keep in mind that ALL banks are getting VERY tight lending against non-cash equivalent collateral such as inventory and accounts receivable. Even if all of your collateral is non-cash equivalent you should still be able to find funding at WSJ's prime rate given your <20% LTV ratio. Good luck. Sentiment : Sell Rating :
