I can't imagine that you will find any difficulty getting a credit line of $320,000 with collateral values exceeding $1,500,000 - especially with personal guarantees.
However, keep in mind that ALL banks are getting VERY tight lending against non-cash equivalent collateral such as inventory and accounts receivable.
