Not sure how anecdotal data like this impacts a share price, but my LLC has had a LOC with BOG for three years. It is well collateralized (LTV < 20%), auto-drafted and personally guaranteed by all of the partners. The contract interest rate was BOG Prime Rate which until July 20, 2009 was also the Prime Rate published in the Wall Street Journal. In July, BOG's Prime Rate went from 3.25 to 4.5. For $4,000 a year in additional interest expense, my loyalty to the local BOG branch will have to take a back seat to financial forces. I am changing banks. :(
