You're forgetting to consider reduced interest expense via paydown of debt and refinancing. Q4 will reflect additional expenses for the debt retirement premium and related expenses, but should be offset by the reduction in interest expense. Q1 2010 will reflect the true benefit of debt refinancing and paydown.
