Thanks for the Bloomberg reference. Sounds impressive on paper. But if it is such a great deal, why the $2+ per unit discount. BIP was selling for over $16.50 and dropped below $14.50 in one day. If it is such a good deal for the managing partners at $14.45, why not give us lowly unit holders first crack the $14.45 price?

BIP management could have structured this offering much better as to not screw us unit holders. But they really didn't give a damn, which tells me they have a hidden agenda such as get cash for themselves and bail. I wonder how much the managing partners get in bonuses for this deal at our expense. Smells fishy!
