Brookfield is offering over 39M shares at $15.50C, which is $14.45US. There are now only 22M shares outstanding. The offering more than doubles the number of shares to about 62M. Can any good come of this? Is this a Ponzi in the making? When do you expect them to cut or eliminate the dividend?
