Barclays, as well as all BOLT shareholders, benefits from a stronger, improved, non-media-avoidant, hopefully intellectually enriched BOLT, including re BOLT's decades-long unchanged primary leadership.

One would hope that a CEO and Chairman who has been with a company for a long time, would have the company's and its employees best interests at heart and in mind, over and above his/her compensation. Relinquishing control is not always easy for all CEOs.

In any event, BGI appears presently the best, most visible potential change agent re BOLT. They had approx $4.3M invested in BOLT stock as of 6/30/09.
