I read the filing on the annual meeting -- set for two days before Thanksgiving — to ensure maximum turnout, I guess:)
BOLT is the ultimate "old boys club."
All three directors up for election this year are above 70.
In fact, almost the entire board consists of old guys who are retired from their "career" jobs.
The good news is that all of the insiders together own about
3 percent of the BOLT stock -- pray for a takeover.
I don't know that much about perks -- because I don't get them -- but the country club dues, the free cars, the insurance and the golden retirement deal seem a little much when you make about $1 million a year.
Soto -- do something that advances the interests of the shareholders for a change.
I'd like to see him confronted at the annual meeting. Have a nurse present, though.
