So, what will be left of BCLE? Isn't American Bio-Tech Cleaning like the core to the whole thing?

Selling ABT leaves them with a minority interest in American Bio-Clean, sorta like their sells team, a minority interest in Veterans Training Corp. and a 49% interest in American Construction Services which there is very little info about.

There's no other info I can find on the intended sale.
