I don't understand why we didn't get Waste management's interest. Did they want too much?
JGC provided process engineering expertise I believe. If Gelbaum just provides cash that's fine with me. That JGC didn't invest is something of a question. Perhaps both these parties will pony up for Lancaster once the grant situation is resolved.
BFRE doesn't really need expertise if they are as experienced as they indicate. They do need cash though. Again this has puzzle like quality to it. They get one peice and everything else falls into place. Or they don't.
