The situation could get critical, the City of Bryan Zoning Council should be under pressure to resign. Where's the money going? Are gratuities of $8,000 to $12,000 acceptable? That's what I'd like to know! If a CEO can just give this money, then that creates bias on the Bryan Zoning Council! The company saves $100,000, which means the City doesn't get that $250,000.

The way I see it, the City has to tax local residences a higher tax rate to make up for what they give to the industrial zoned companies...and this may be why property taxes are so high in Bryan, as opposed to College Station.

let's stop the gratuities, and see what can be accomplished!
