Wedbush says they believe the FDA will accept the VIAject NDA filing in Q1
2010 and approve it between Q4 2010 and H1 2011. The firm anticipates
submission will start the clock for investors and acceptance in February is
likely to be a modest value-driver as potential partners may be waiting for
this catalyst to accelerate negotiations. Firm says some potential partners
may be waiting for the FDA to accept the NDA submission while others may be
waiting for FDA approval before taking serious negotiation steps toward a
partnership for VIAject. Consequently, they believe a likely time period for a
partnership announcement is H2 2010 --after potential FDA acceptance of the
filing and includes the projected PDUFA deadline.
