My understanding is they turned down several offers already. Not sure how many more chances you get at this and technically you are buying a "product" not a company since there is nothing new outside of the product launched five + years ago. Who is going to be willing to pay 3X earnings for a single product that is now in a cluttered field and NO R&D team. If you think this market is crowded check out the OUS market!

Not sure how much longer they can compete against the Medicis, Allergan or J&Js of the world.
