go to www.bgfoods.com and click under investor relations,then click under investor FAQ,then click on partial redemption of 12% sub notes.
In essence you still have the same number of shares bgf/bgs and the same number of notes except the face value of note is no longer $7.15 due to partial redemption,it is now valued at $3.11655 per note. Please note it will take several days to reflect this on your account.
