BGS is back to about what it was on the day it announced the buyback of notes.
The company is in better shape; IF the dividend holds, stockholders will be in good shape. Frankly, if i were on the BOD and looked at the debt load, I'd ask why the company pays an 8% dividend and not pay down the debt. Thoughts? Rating :
